Is the Give Me A Smile Savings Plan dental insurance?
No. Our savings plan is a direct dental care membership program, not dental insurance. It offers specified preventive services and discounts directly through our practice.
When can my child begin using the membership?
Membership benefits begin after the agreement is signed and payment is received in full.
Are there any waiting periods?
No. There are no waiting periods once membership becomes active.
How long does the membership last?
Membership is valid for one year from the activation date.
Can I enroll multiple children?
Yes! We offer special pricing for additional eligible siblings age 3 and older.
Are dental X-rays included?
Yes. Clinically necessary dental X-rays are included in the membership.
What if my child needs a filling or crown?
Members receive a 10% discount on eligible additional dental treatments, including fillings and crowns.
Is the membership refundable?
No. Annual membership fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Does the plan have an annual maximum?
The plan does not have a traditional dental insurance annual dollar maximum. However, included services and discounts are governed by the membership agreement.
